1、Good character. Hold responsibility and passion in work. Be optimistic and enthusiasm.
2、Solid professional knowledge, creative & determined on work, able to resolve challenge.
3、Proactive & eligible on communication, able to effectively handle conflictions between different departments.
4、Eligible on manipulating design & other computer software.
5、Prioritize on who undertakes social practice & on-site project during study.
6、Degree requirement above Bachelor, priority Master Degree.
